AMS - LabClustered virtualization for running, moving, backing up, and recovering the services that make the rest of the lab possible.
Overview
Workloads are separated into virtual machines and containers based on isolation, performance, and operational needs. Networking and storage are treated as shared dependencies that must be documented.
A cluster is not automatically resilient. Quorum, storage, backups, networking, and recovery procedures all have to work together. Testing those assumptions is part of the project.
I am improving backup validation, service placement, monitoring, and automated provisioning so the environment is easier to reproduce and recover.
