Luis Cisneros · Junior network engineer

I build networksthat hold up.

Cisco switching, secure connectivity, packet-level troubleshooting, plus a repair background that taught me to follow every signal to the source.

Network engineer in motion

Network minded.
Hands-on by nature.

I’m Luis, a junior network engineer with 5+ years of hands-on IT experience supporting connectivity, infrastructure, endpoints, and the people who rely on them.

My work spans Cisco switching environments, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, packet analysis, and network monitoring. I’m also pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science and bring years of board-level repair experience to every problem: isolate the fault, validate the path, document the fix.

Hardware taught me
how to troubleshoot.

A secondhand microscope, a cheap hot-air station, and years of signal tracing built a diagnostic mindset that now travels with me into networks: observe, isolate, test, verify.

Ideas from the bench.
