Windows Server, Azure, and AD bridges

A hybrid lab for Windows Server, Active Directory, identity, policy, and the bridge between local infrastructure and Azure services.

Overview

This project explores how local Windows infrastructure connects to cloud identity and services while keeping authentication, DNS, policy, and administrative boundaries understandable.

01

Lab scope

The environment covers domain services, users and groups, DNS, Group Policy, server roles, and the controlled path from local identity into Azure.

02

What I am practicing

Identity lifecycle, administrative separation, name resolution, policy application, troubleshooting, and documenting how dependencies behave across the hybrid boundary.

03

Where it is going

Future work includes deeper Azure integration, recovery exercises, stronger monitoring, and clearer demonstrations of common identity and connectivity failures.

More systems. More questions.
